Hi friends! Things are really starting to pick up here, for those that are new followers I make LEGO models and instructions! Usually from sci-fi franchises, but I enjoy doing my own stuff too.

My 1:4775 LEGO model of Halo's Orion-class Assault Carrier! This one was really fun, as UNSC ships usually are! I think it came out great, better than I expected tbh.

Here's another question: If the universal translator becomes standard everywhere, not just in Starfleet, would language stagnate? Or perhaps it would fragment and branch into millions of unique dialects? Or both…

The prototype for the Odyssey Class, Odyssey was the Advanced Starship Design Bureau’s entry into the Advanced Super-Capital Program. Faced off against Skunk Works’ Caliburn Class, Odyssey would vindicate herself and light the way for a full production order.

Okay crazy theory I have that's probably not true but would be so crazy and incredible if it was true after today's Starfleet Academy episode, hopefully this content warning works as a #spoiler (we really need an actual spoiler option on here)
EMH Mark Ones being used as slave labor on a mining colony, seen in Star Trek: Voyager. SAM explaining her mission to Starfleet Academy, how the colony of holograms she's from sent her here to understand organics as they used to live among organics and were treated as tools. SAM first meeting The Doctor, who she was obsessed with (programmed to be?) from the beginning, prepared a speech in preparation for, and whose appearance didn't match her expectations despite him adjusting his program 500 years ago. The Doctor showing how he hasn't deal with major loss in his life, and that you learn to get it over it and move on (clearly). His dead friends, or the loss of his entire people?
