I had this incredible yearning for nature today. So I took myself to a park with a large pond after work. Took a blanket from my car and found a sunny spot. Sat there and watched the scenery as I decompressed from work.
And touched the grass with toes out and letting the wind do its job.

I’m going to take myself hiking this weekend. 60 degree weather this Saturday. I need to be with nature for a bit. Energy and stress wise to recalibrate.
