But requiring such “notice as will allow them to actually seek habeas relief in the proper venue before such removal occurs" is woefully insufficient

I had to fact check @theweekendmsnbc.bsky.social and @joycewhitevance.bsky.social this morning. I'm not sure why they thought the comment from the judge in July 2023 came after the ABC interview in March 2024
The filing from Judge Kaplan in the E. Jean Carroll case (bit.ly/4gdSHzz) that Trump was liable for rape in "common modern parlance" was in July 2023 BEFORE Stephanopoulos' interview with Mace in March 2024. ABC even showed a WaPo article reporting Judge Kaplan's comment during the interview:
