We need to salute courage wherever it appears.

The official snow reporter at Vermont's Sugarbush, where JD Vance came on a skiing vacation this weekend, pointed out in her snow report this a.m. that the Trump team is ignoring climate change.

Her report was pulled down

It's not a demolition site it's a mass grave. It's not a demolition site it's a crime scene. It's not a demolition site its a homeland. It's not a demolition site it's Palestine. It's not a demolition site it's a genocide.
Trump, with Netanyahu sitting next to him, says "Gaza maybe is a demolition site right now ... you can't live in Gaza right now. I think we need another location."

Brilliant article today in @IrishTimes by @Fintan O’Toole. Nails it! This isn’t just a Green Party issue. Even though they were blamed.
We’re heading for the second biggest fiscal disaster in the history of the State

The idea that the Green Party was making us all go too far too fast is the exact opposite of the truth

#StormDarragh certainly packed a punch. Worst I’ve ever experienced, based inland in #Clare.
The noise of it!
Power gone since 23.15 It’s going to take a while to restore, judging by this map. Estimating 17.00.
Grateful to all the @esbnetworks.bsky.social crew who’ll be out as soon as it’s safe .
The impacts are still very high with a huge number of power outages and damage done. Only station over 130kmh was Mace Head with 141kmh.

The winds will only ease very very slowly through the morning so please take care and don’t try to move trees etc until safe to do so.

#StormDaragh now elevated to RED weather alert in Western counties. Serious weather event. Advice is to take measures to protect yourself and your property. No travel except for emergencies. Power outages likely.

Thanks to the #Fiji rugby team for the respect they showed our President, Michael D. Higgins today before #IrlvFiji game. You did your country proud both before the game and during it.
Something lovely about the respect shown by the Fiji players towards President Michael D. Higgins.
