I just want to thank you all again for supporting me the other day. I turned off the computer and closed my phone for a couple days, and it did help me calm. Finding that balance is hard so thanks for all the advice and love.

I'm struggling today, with my mental health - and although I do get that people often say 'stay clear of the news for your own mental health' - I can't. We can't. We cannot look away to make ourselves feel better.
