I treat the day as a family gathering with food we love. I don't celebrate the "Disney fairytale version" they tried to sell us on in school. I'm sure this would piss MAGA off...good....lol

Indeed. When they rounded up the Japanese Americans, myself and my family included, for internment during WWII out of fear over Japanese spies and saboteurs, two thirds of us were U.S. citizens.

This just about sums it all up. Leave religion out of public schools. Work on your school system instead of trying to put bibles in schools, unless you want to teach about all the religions in the world. I would be happy to see that!

How can we out of state people support Oklahoma? What this man proposed is horrible, I understand that only one district actually played the videos
School Board elections in Oklahoma are next year...not 2026. Primaries for local elections are February 11th. Want to change the direction of the state? Run or find a campaign to support.
