This, combined with him *moving to the front of the car* and then reaching for, if not actually unholstering, his weapon before Good even begins moving forward deminstrates that the intention to shoot was not reactive to a threat posed by the vehicle
Hand switch at the 29sec mark thus freeing up his right weapon side hand:

Note, though, there's a way to break out of this.

To point out that the REAL issue is the rules of engagement that Stephen Milller told Greg Bovino to use.

You get rid of those rules of engagement you get rid of about 75% of the assaults on peaceful people.
I don't think this is going to work

I don't think they're going to win the propaganda war over an ICE agent murdering a women in cold blood, because it's not possible to buy their lies if you aren't one of them

but what a bleak world we live in that this is a narrative struggle rather than justice

Officer 2: “Get out of here!”

The confusion is not surprising. The shooting officer had his phone out too.

This deserves a clear and fair investigation

I'm betting he will demand her cash prize, as well. And then ghost her. Or worse.
Alfred Nobel specifically stated in his will that once the prize has been awarded it can’t be changed. But if Trump is so pathetic that he wants to take Machado’s medal, and she’s so desperate and weak that she will give it to him, let the world watch that disgraceful charade.

The difference between the Mexican cartels and the country of Venezuela is that the Mexican cartels have a far greater ability to hit back at the United States.

For example, they could grab a random American family in Acapulco and murder them brutally just to send a message.
Trump, in a sit down interview on Fox News aired just now, said the US will be conducting land strikes against the cartels.

"We are gonna start now hitting land, with regard to the cartels. The cartels are running Mexico."

It is the position of the Trump Administration that its agents can come into any state and city in America (let alone other countries) and kill people and that state and city have no jurisdiction to inquire about it.

Treat any Trump official accordingly.
