Our wonderful and hard-working councillor, Liz, is constantly out and about in the community — spotting local issues that need resolving, listening to residents, and showing what Green representation truly looks like. We work hard, stay connected, and serve with kindness every day.

I have had a broadly good opinion of Khan up to this point, I realise I'm not in London so I don't really know, but this has been honestly shocking, the moral cowardice to fall into line and remain quiet while that genocider is in this country is damning
Sadiq Khan calling out Zack's use of "social media" instead of calling out the genocide in Mayor's Question Time really is the perfect analogy for why Labour are quite so astoundingly unpopular.

It's really damning that this post is notable amongst UK politicians. There is a special kind of cowardice in these politicians that remain silent which should be shamed from government, never to see power again.
Israel have bombed another hospital. Waited for medics to arrive - and then bombed again.

Britain keeps selling arms to this genocidal regime.

Starmer & Lammy say they're "horrified". They condemn. But they do nothing.

All the war criminals must face justice.

This is a deep failure of the Mental Health system. BPD has a treatment under the NICE guidelines and the fact it wasn't followed is a failure of every professional involved with this woman's care
Years of grinding austerity (and the cruel, dehumanizing rhetoric required to sell it to the public) has left us with a mental healthcare system that treats patients as prisoners - and often, very literally imprisons them too.

New work from me:

"They’re just waiting for her to die": How austerity turns mental health patients into prisoners
As mental health crises spiral, many like Lucy find themselves caught in a broken system where prison is seen as the only place of safety

Trying to think of the second and further order consequences of this is daunting.
They could be a month away from riots and violent crackdowns in America (I know but I mean even worse) and it could easily cascade around the world... We truly live in Interesting Times.
Not a single international cargo ship at the Port of Seattle. The port is dead. The last ship from China will dock at a West coast port on the 29th, and the last Chinese ship will dock on the East coast around May 10th. After that, there will be no more shipments arriving from China. We’re screwed.

This is classic abuser talk, "look what you made me do", "if you weren't so weak I wouldn't have done this to you" Vance is really showing himself here
VP lecturing "the Europeans" again:

"...if the Europeans had been a little more independent, and a little more willing to stand up, then maybe we could have saved the entire world from the strategic disaster that was the American-led invasion of Iraq."

Yes, pity Paris and Berlin were so pro-war...
