Realistically - you can go beyond industry standards for all people employed by your companies.
Not a single one of your workers should need to rely on social services because they’re not paid enough.
Everyone should have parental leave, childcare, healthcare, livable wages, etc
REset the model.

Watching the documentary on Mr. Rogers makes me curious if there’s a current study of adults who were raised on Mr Roger’s Neighborhood. It’s sooo progressive. And he was a republican Christian.
