It's a really exciting day at the ECB office! The Government has finally published its plans to give us statutory powers so that we can ensure ALL enforcement firms meet our high standards. Many organisations have been calling for this for a very long time - and we look forward to making it happen.
‼️Good news! Government is proposing to give the ECB statutory powers to regulate the enforcement (bailiff) industry.

It’s time to close the loophole that allows some firms to operate without oversight.

📣Great news! The Ministry of Justice will be consulting on proposals to give the ECB statutory powers. "A fair and stable enforcement system is one that can deliver better outcomes for all".
