The Guardian today highlights serious breaches of regulations designed to protect the public from excessive enforcement fees. The ECB is taking action to ensure that people who have been affected are found and refunded and that this behaviour is never repeated.

‼️Good news! Government is proposing to give the ECB statutory powers to regulate the enforcement (bailiff) industry.

It’s time to close the loophole that allows some firms to operate without oversight.
