it takes me weeks to do a task because once my life goes off the rails it takes at least a week to feel well enough to do anything besides go to work, then another week+ to clean up the depression piles, then another week to get back into the habit of taking care of myself

Here’s some news that freaked me out as much as the thing about neurotypical people and habits did; the normal amount of pain for people to be in is: none.

There are really people walking around this planet who are not in some constant level of pain, they don’t worry about people knocking them 🤯
