First panel shows Koito in a good mood and approaching Tsukishima as he taps his shoulder. Tsukishima is expecting him to either ramble about Tsurumi or relay a message to him again. Second panel shows Koito whispering into Tsukishima's ear like he usually does, although this time his affections are directed towards him, even ending his dialogue with, "...Tsukishima." with a heart. Tsukishima is taken by surprise, blushing red in his cheeks and ears. Third panel shows Koito walking off and going about his day as usual as he smiles wide, leaving Tsukishima to have no time to say anything back. He's visibly flustered and red on his entire face.
