Ce n'était pas encore le cas, on ne voyait ça que comme une aide, un outil de plus, mais il y avait une possibilité que ce soit plus que ça à l'avenir.

J'ai pris la même approche en montant l'équipe Data chez Pix. Chaque membre de l'équipe était directement impliqué sur le cycle de vie d'une feature. Ca m'a semblé nécessaire pour éviter une déconnexion avec l'activité de la boite (la plateforme, le métier, la stratégie, ...).
