Have been working on brushing up on my C# knowledge, has been a lot of fun honestly. On the side, BCBS Explorer is coming along fairly nicely, hoping to have it more or less wrapped up with the next ~month and a half. Depending on adoption, I'll expand the scope of the extension.

One of my old job duties was to call United to dispute denied claims.
This assassination isn't TOO surprising. UHC will deny claims for the stupidest reasons, and take the profit, hoping that the claimant will be too exhausted/busy/depressed to fight the status and give up.

I remember when a new version of Windows meant there would be all sorts of new features and the trailers would have a big song announcing the update and everyone waited in line for the new hotness and now your computer randomly reboots at some point and the update is you can no longer save files.
