Always remember: therapy is a tool of recovery- one tool. Recovery is the overarching project, that needs to progress & endure whether or not we happen to have access to the resource of therapy at the moment. The therapy plan is always subordinate to the recovery blueprint.

Trauma Brain is gonna tell you all about all the potential threats out there-- but nothing about your strengths, or how you've handled hard things in the past, or how you have resources & support now that you didn't then.

Remember the other stuff Trauma Brain is omitting.
