Today saw the @rare.co.uk horde flock to the studio for the annual Christmas lunch, for which our stunning kitchen crew decked out the canteen in Home Alone style! This theming led to them serving pizza with soup, which we can conclude is a curious combo. Cheers!
A plate of the expected Christmas dinner. What's less usual are the little toy cars dotted among the festive decorations. Delightful. Window art of paint cans, a haunted looking child with no facial features and the words "Merry Christmas, ya filthy animal". It's all Home Alone stuff, you see. If you don't see, the film is readily available, treat yourself. A group of Rare staff pose in much too excited of a manner in a photo op featuring a Christmas tree and two standees of the robbers from Home Alone, because it was Home Alone themed you see. If you don't see, please read the ALT text on the previous image. The Rare Ltd. canteen staff are dressed up as characters from Home Alone. Because Home Alone, see? SEE? You see. Don't worry, gloves were still worn and nobody complained about wig strands in their dinner.

Today we're celebrating Craig Duncan' tenure at Rare Ltd; after 13 years and 10 months, our head honcho recently started a new role as Head of Xbox Game Studios! We'll still see plenty of him, but he'll miss out on daily cake. Thanks for everything, Craig, from all of us. You rock!
