Been thinking a lot about one of the main villains of vertLgo; Quiver
His canonical job is making sure that the world of vertLgo doesn't fall into obscurity and managing the real world and in-universe PR of the series, building hype and cutting characters that don't do well (usually violently)

I gotta say, I did not like Tenna at first but he grew on me. Like a mold. No, but seriously I think it's a requirement for my comfort character list that I have to dislike everyone before they get a place on it
