Likes a good long railway journey. Doesn't work in the industry.
Not long to go for the SWR 455s.

Quite liked the Northern Rail displays at Bradford Interchange.

But one thing not to like - the 0939 to Victoria was only 2 cars long and had quite a lot of passengers heading to the AO arena for Gladiators on tour. Still, managed to get a seat even if it was a flip down one near the door

Nice that the line to Bradford Forster Square is no longer a dashed line due to the service increase. A great run up this afternoon/evening from London on @lner.co.uk

Last train of the day for me was one of these. Not sure how long they will remain on the 🇳🇱 network for. They still do a respectable job.

So the private company planning on running high speed trains from Paris Montparnasse on the Atlantque axis is going to be called 'Velvet'. Makes me wonder what other names were considered as part of the branding exercise.

Interesting capture and sight at Gare Avignon TGV 🇫🇷....a Renfe AVE 🇪🇸and a Trenitalia Frecciarossa 🇮🇹. Certainly making the French railway even more interesting and more to come in the late 2020s.

Thought the 1143 Liverpool Lime St to London Euston might be a nice less crowded service to be on. Looks like I called that wrong. Also not any safe space for a folding buggy. Makes you appreciate the overhead shelving on the Hitachi family of InterCity trains.
