Yes, the chances that some kid picked at 8 or 10 will hit his 90th percentile projections are insane. There will be some valuable kid picked at 23 or so, but who that is won't be known at first.

So funny seeing the Starbucks - Thunderstruck commercial during a Thunder game.
Why is it funny? Because the former CEO is Howard Schultz who owned the Seattle SuperSonics and sold the team who then moved to OKC and became the Thunder.
The commercial is literally the word Thunder on repeat.

My son and I were in the backyard this morning throwing random things really high in the air so they'd land on the ice that had formed in his sand pit. Normal activity. While avoiding a poor throw, I tripped backwards over a Fisher Price picnic table and twisted weird and now can barely move.
