There’s no real indicator that this rumor is true. I think someone just jumped on a very lyrical date. The story around the venue also doesn’t add up.

As soon as we say “they’re rich, so they can’t have trauma/ their trauma doesn’t matter” we’ve stopped pursing inclusive trauma informed care.
At some point we need a full conversation about how Life of a Showgirl song is about how even rich kids deal with extensive trauma. Being rich doesn’t keep your mom from popping pills and your dad serial dating new girlfriends and you being neglected.

I've been reading the June Bates poetry and I was curious what you all thought about The Lavender Haze. There are a few poems about a mother's homophobia, which struck me as odd. Obviously we have a parasocial relationship but Taylor Swift and her mom's relationship has always seemed supportive.

I don't think people understand how batshit a 50 year mortgage would be at 6%. After 20 years of paying your mortgage, you would have only paid off 12% of your original loan amount, despite having made 40% of the payments. This is absolutely predatory.
All to save about 10% on the monthly payment.
