Just finished my first Personal Trainer session.
Which is sending @trentharlow.bsky.social in to a total tizzy as I list the exercises I did and tell him how the PT was impressed with my squats.

I fell in love with this glorious thing in North Laine Bazar in Brighton when I was there last Halloween. Logic prevented me getting it then but I was back this weekend and it was still there! I could not resist. I love it so much. Amazing spooky Halloween Fondue set!

I miss playing rugby, enjoyed it so at school. All enthusiasm and zero skill though.
