37 years ago, I helped create the nation’s first GSA. Today, thousands exist, thanks in part to cases like @lambdalegal.org’s Colín v. Orange Unified School District.

Lambda will continue fighting for students’ rights. If you mess with LGBTQ+ kids, you’re going to have to come through us first.

Today, the Supreme Court issued its ruling in Braidwood v. Kennedy, upholding essential protections for preventive services for HIV and other medical conditions and affirming that prevention and early detection of diseases save lives, improve health outcomes, and reduce long-term health outcomes.

Today we filed a lawsuit against the NIH over the termination of 100s of research grants funding critical LGBTQI+ health research.

We won't allow this administration to return us to the dark days when our federal government ignored the health of LGBTQI+ people during the height of the AIDS crisis.
