Will be interesting to see if change in functional outcomes and rates of thrombosis with andexanet will finally settle the PCC/andexanet debate 👀
The FDA discussion dossier reveals that in patients in ANNEXA-I with a baseline mRS of 0-3, patients who responded to andexanet alfa were significantly more likely to land at an mRS of 4-6 at 30 days (p=0.017) than those who responded to UC 😶
