I barely slept last night
Then, when I got to work, I found that cleaning staff had erased the whiteboard in my office, which had a list of things I need to order and notes on tasks I need to complete written on it
All I'm saying is, it'd be pretty cool to have a good day again sometime soon

My boss, who lives a few houses down the street from me, dropped off a giant bag of food from the Indian supermarket
I don't know what most of it was, but I've barely eaten today... I didn't expect that setting my face on fire would be therapeutic, it actually kind of was?

There are a couple of maintenance guys down the hall working on a broken door
Clearly they don't think anyone is in their offices this week, as there is a LOT of ✨colorful✨ language happening
I have to keep my door propped open to keep my office under 80°F, and this is ... definitely something 😅

Also I would like to state for the record that changing the passenger-side headlight in a 2010 Prius is a GIANT pain in the ass
(But since I know it costs me about $35 to change both, and I'll pay closer to $100 each at the dealership, it is one I will deal with. With many swears.)

Just need to say that trying to help coordinate a parent's medical care from multiple states away *fucking sucks*
And also that dealing with a parent's poor health when you and said parent have at best a complicated relationship *also sucks*
