Braxton’s systems are frameworks for notation and improvisation that have formed the basis of many of his seminal works.

When I was growing up in NYC (I was born in NYC), Asian-American representation in entertainment was nonexistent. As the U.S. becomes more majority minority with each generation, we'll continue to see more diverse representation. I think that's a good thing.
