I don’t think this gives the Commercial Crew Program proper credit. Yes, it has given Musk too much influence, but it has also dramatically reduced the cost of space flight. The cost to launch 1kg into space has fallen by over 90% since 2000, during a time NASA has failed to design a new rocket.

Too many robotics dev tools are made for research institutions instead of professional teams. They aren’t designed with productivity in mind and are difficult to learn and use.
