Do the 'artists are gatekeepers' AI weenies realise that NOBODY is stopping them from making art? Grab a pencil, you dickheads. Oh, wait - you want to be recognised (and paid) as a professional artist even though you have no skills ? The problem isn't the artists, my friend.

When it finally comes to Trump's funeral, we really need to set up a global GoFundMe to ensure that every trombone player in the world is able to travel to the USA and line the procession route. Let's make history.

I know the train crash in Super 8 is supposed to be an homage to old OTT sci-fi movies, but that was truly ridiculous.

People in the office are cackling about a whole load of Christmas run-up activities they want everyone to do, like baking and desk decoration, and I honestly can't nope the shit out of all of this hard enough.

This is Archie. He's deaf and doesn't hear when his humans get home. Luckily, his little brother Frankie lets him know with a gentle nudge to make sure he doesn't miss the moment. 14/10 for both (TT: melissamilne)

If we could get 'Couch Dentata' to trend, do you think it'd eventually work its way through and give this man-baby nightmares?
JD Vance: "A lot of young people are saying housing is way too expensive. Why is that? Because we flooded the country with 30 million illegal immigrants who were taking houses that ought by right go to American citizens."

ARGH! Witnessed the absolute pinnacle of schadenfreude at work today with someone with quite a high public profile who I absolutely can't fucking stand, but I can't say anything about it because that'll give away where I work and I never do that on social media.

Believe me, it was...

*Khan* eh? Foreign name if ever I heard one. Coming over here demanding the council put you up in a stately pleasure dome. You think milk of paradise grows on trees? If it bothers you that it's so bloody sunless here, go somewhere hotter.

Dude lasted 30 minutes. Weak innings, my man.

'The Hem' - decent enough found footage horror with some solid ideas, including a tense section from Police body cam that owes a lot to FPS games, but nothing life changing. Probably the last of the genre I'll watch, I reckon.
I think this film has just broken the record for the 'wow, that dude's never going home to his family' foreshadow. 1m 50 in.

Just saw a 'tech' article that starts with 'ChatGPT is the Wikipedia of our times' and I can only assume they left the door open and a passing drunk blew in and landed near a keyboard.

When this evil fucker finally kicks the bucket the average decency of the human race will go up by a few percent.
Sky News just had Kelvin Mackenzie on, former editor of The Sun, one of the people at the centre of probably the most disgraceful front page in newspaper history, complaining about BBC journalists not being objective and 'fake news'. Astonishing. ~AA
