Almost under 200 lbs!
Been working very hard (grad class, full time job, part time job, flag football) but still getting in the workouts.

Becoming a 6-days-a-week gym-goer. For the last six years, I've done three days a week with my trainers and occasional extra days on my own. I need to do more days without my trainers, so I'm focusing on frequency and habit. Just go, even if I don't have a plan. The effort is worth it.
