In a small boat occupied thrice: Spiritfarer Viktor with a bloodied, battered Jayce draped across his lap, and a newly-turned spirit, Naph, at the helm. It weaves through the shadows of the slumbering barges, down the River Pilt. In its wake, the water parts with gentle displacement of arcane corruption. Overhead, the Piltover-Zaun Bridge looms. Snow has just begun, yet it is still spring.

A screenshot of my fic. It's titled Spiritfarer and contains the following summary: What does death mean in a world that actively deprives us of our dignity? Is dying truly the abrupt, ruthless end for us all; or can life be found in places we’ve long left for dead? As a Spiritfarer, Viktor's duty is to ferry dying souls in the Spirit Realm through the Everdoor into the afterlife. While in search of passengers in a pandemic-ravaged Zaun, he stumbles upon an unconscious and injured stranger in a ravine. Juggling between taking care of his passengers and this stranger, Viktor’s efforts to help them kickstarts a series of events that unravels the truth of his own past, how he came to be a Spiritfarer, and uncovers painful memories that Viktor long buried deep. A Spiritfarer inspired AU.

I've been doing digital #paleoart since 2011, after I found the paleoartist community on DeviantArt, and haven't stopped ever since. One thing I've enjoyed doing throughout this time is remaking earlier pieces (sometimes more than once). So why not show them all? Info in the alt text. Buckle up! 🧵👇
A trio of gray Diplodocus walking through an area of flat, cracked soil, with a treeline and mountains in the background. The composition crops most of the sauropods' bodies, with only about a third of each animal being visible. None of the Diplodocus heads are in frame. A group of black and white pterosaurs flies in between the legs of the sauropods. This was one of the first digital paleoart pieces I've shared online, in 2011. Basically the same composition as before, but the texture and shading is more detailed and the anatomy more accurate. The image is a bit wider than the original. This first remake was done in 2012. Basically the same composition as before, but once again the textures and lighting are more refined, there are more details and the anatomy is more up-to-date, in particular the sauropods being chunkier. The overall image is brighter and warmer than the previous iterations, and is much wider. This second remake was done in 2020.
