On @reactorsff.bsky.social it's the best Fantastic Four film to date, but that's a low bar to clear. The look is right, and they do right by Galactus, but the FF's MCU debut doesn't entirely work. The great superhero movie rewatch looks at FANTASTIC FOUR: FIRST STEPS.

It's valid to call this the best Fantastic Four movie ever made, and it *looks* perfect, but does that make it a good movie? Join @kradec.bsky.social in discussing the MCU's "Fantastic Four: First Steps"

The Star Trek universe has been interested in Starfleet Academy since the 1980s. So how does the show follow the first Starfleet cadets of the 32nd century? @kradec.bsky.social reviews the first episode of the brand-new series, which stars Holly Hunter and Paul Giamatti!

On @reactorsff.bsky.social the latest TREK TV show debuts, and it's a lot of fun! I really like most of the characters, especially Holly Hunter & Robert Picardo. Check out my review of "Kids These Days." (My review of "Beta Test" will go up later today or tomorrow.)

Good news: I no longer have to wear the boot. Which is good, as I didn't want to stomp around MarsCon in it this weekend.

Bad news: no karate for at least another month while the tendons continue to heal. Sigh.

On @reactorsff.bsky.social we finally find out whatever happened to Mr. Garibaldi, while Sheridan's worry that things were going too smoothly last week proves to be a reasonable worry on his part. The BABYLON 5 Rewatch gazes into "The Face of the Enemy."

You’re welcome! Honestly, the book is a refreshing change from the typical Starfleet point of view. We always hear about the Federation Council and Government but only see bits and pieces. The book to me opens up new viewpoints to the Universe which there should be more books like it

Thinking about this wonderful gem of a Star Trek book by @kradec.bsky.social . The West Wing vibes from the book is unmatched and it’s wonderful to see the Trek universe from the point of view of the President and her staff.

On @reactorsff.bsky.social we kick off James Gunn's DC Universe with a new take on the man of steel that is really more of an old take, as it's full of Silver and Bronze Age goodness. The great superhero rewatch is really grooving on the 2025 SUPERMAN.
