I have only recently discovered this chap @lawrenceodonnell.msnbc.com, but his daily skewerings of Trumplethinskin give me succour. The combination of outrage, satire and surgical analysis are nail on the head. He and simonmarksfsn.bsky.social are bastions of proper journalism.

There is no such thing as neutrality when it comes to documentary photography –it’s a myth. You always take sides, either consciously or subconsciously, and acknowledging that is essential if your work is to maintain any element of authenticity. There’s nothing worse than fake neutrality.
