FBI. The letter was signed by Defendant Patel ("Patel"). In the letter, Patel wrote that he had

In short, Patel fired Maltinsky for displaying a pride flag at his workstation that had been flown by the FBI at the LAFO and then given by the FBI to Maltinsky.

The Epstein Files bill has a lot of protections in it to prevent Bondi from doing what we all suspect she's going to do: hold back or redact because of an open investigation or national security concerns. If she improperly withholds, she'll be sued, and SCOTUS will eventually decide.
