I have panic disorder. How do I get myself away from all political stuff? I'm having major panic attacks on the daily. Everywhere online is politics, politics, politics which is a good thing but bad for my mental health.

I realize a federal judge froze Trump's federal freeze but I'm still terrified because I know that's very short-lasting. If everything goes the way he wants, I have no way to live. I'm brand new to this platform and am at a loss on what to do on here so I shall post my first creation in learning a new 3d software called Blender. It's a simple chest with no locking mechanism in place.
