Whilst not surprising it’s interesting to read how they went about trying to ensure an unbiased approach to the investigative process … would it have also been useful to compare with here for example 🤔 or is this just the double blind trial bias of a pharmacist speaking

Very sad to see registered healthcare professionals having no regard to patient /medication safety & regulation - appreciate this is only a tiny minority of professionals in BBC investigation on Botox but disappointing that DHSC didn’t state that point
