Someone is opening up a new ramen shop in the old Hi-Lo's. Normally I would be excited about this development, cause I do love my ramen, but there's been a Cybertruck plugged into an extension cord out front for several days. Guess I'll have to keep getting my ramen in Tokyo.

Walking along the side of the road gives you plenty of time to notice all the crosses, and to hope you won't be one someday.

If you get turned on by the prospect of finding some obscure electronic module on Alibaba, locating the Chinese language data sheet, running it through Google Translate, and then reading the results and getting exciting ideas, then you my friend might just be a nerd.

As a frequent pedestrian, it would be nice to have confidence that the safety of those of us outside the vehicle had been taken into account. Looking at the Cybertruck does not give me cause for optimism.
1/ I really do wish that the media would reach out to someone like @niedermeyer.io that is competent in automated driving systems before Dan Ives who knows absolutely nothing.
