hot take maybe but pilates is probably the most difficult kind of exercise someone can do and no i’m not exaggerating. i can weight train for 20~ minutes, do cardio for 1hr+ i can even do standing hiit for around 30~ but pilates…im lucky to get to 5 minutes….
