I don't think I've ever got a full combo before. Not only in RE4, but across all games to feature The Mercenaries, this is my best performance to date. Sustaining your combo when you're just frames away from losing it is really the greatest tension. ❤

been doing a blind playthrough of ff3. i find the game's 'forced' class change mechanics annoying, so i decided to outplay them, sticking with classes that suit my characters instead

In FFII, if a spell fails, the game just says "Ineffective" and moves on. But if it's blocked by Wall, the spell's entire animation plays, followed by "Magic blocked." For Toad, this means showing the enemy turning into a little toad, and removing it from the battle. . .

I've only played Curse Crackers (For Whom the Belle Toils), but I'm eager to start Prodigal as well. I love all the little OCs who only have an idle animation and two lines, but you can sense there's more to them in the creator's mind. Endlessly fascinated by Shroomella, the mushroom witch. 🍄
