Cerebrospinal fluid protein biomarkers are associated with response to multiagent intraventricular chemotherapy in patients with CNS lymphoma - PubMed
The study identified CSF-based proteomic biomarkers, particularly LCP1, that can classify MAIVC response and indicate tumor burden in CNSL patients.
