I really hope something can be done about our trains. I lost my Dad suddenly a couple of weeks ago, so far I've spent over £300 for 2 trips from London to Devon to help Mum. That's with a lot of compromise to get cheapest options. I've had delays, cancellations and a freezing train with no heating.
This is great news. Let’s do the water industry next

Whenever I worry that some patient information I'm writing isn't clear, concise, useful or accessible enough, I remind myself that within a day there will be some kind of communication from my children's school that will make me feel astonishingly competent.

Lovely to find so many people here who I used to enjoy hearing from in the other place (before they were lost in the sludge). And loving the starter packs as a way to find new people.
