Every day is a massive struggle at the moment. I’m finding it almost impossible to see anything positive and just feel totally paralysed by the level of emotional pain I’m experiencing. I don’t know how I continue to keep going when it all feels way too much. I just want it to stop.

My mental health is in the gutter right now. 😢💔😢💔

Struggling. As more time passes since my therapist terminated, the harder it’s getting. The rejection and abandonment is too much. He told me I was not too much, I wasn’t too needy, all part of me would be accepted, other therapists had let me down badly. And yet he did the exact same. It’s cruel.

After several days in bed with a vile cold, I was finally well enough to venture to the farm today to see this one. He has the cutest grumpy face in the world 😍

At a two day work conference. Anxiety has kept me awake all night, I just can’t cope being around so many people, many of which I’ve barely spoken to before. Not sure how I’m going to get through today. Just want to go home.
