I saw something recently that said a strategy for adhd is you just need to commit to doing 30%. The full scope of 100% of a project is just too overwhelming. So just start with some thumbnails or sketches for now and then commit to another 30% another day or week. Any progress IS progress

My biggest piece of advice for you is that loving yourself is not a passive act. It requires input, action, and habit.

The times in my life when I’ve hated myself the most are 1 for 1 with the times I’ve been most sedentary.
