That the legal system too often becomes a second round of violation, abuse, and bullying is well known and still worth repeating.
Charlotte Bennett, a young employee who was found to have been harassed by Andrew Cuomo, has dropped her lawsuit against him after he used the legal proceedings to retaliate against her, including public smearing of her sexual history & court orders for her gynecological records.

It’s quite something when an organisation as careful and conservative in making legal findings as Amnesty says this.
“Our damning findings must serve as a wake-up call to the international community: this is genocide. It must stop now."
