So...CBS cancelling "The Late Show with Steven Colbert" 10 months from now due to "a financial decision against a challenging backdrop in late night". This was announced 3 days after Colbert criticized CBS's parent company for paying $16 million to settle a lawsuit filed by Donald Trump. Cowards.

The F1 movie did not disappoint. The movie designed to be a visual tour de force. Story was very good, and photography and sound were really mind blowing. Still wish I had seen it in an IMAX theater, but the Cinemark XD theater was great. @f1movie.bsky.social

I’m concerned that Staples stores may be on the way out. One in my area closed in December, and the remaining stores have let stock really dwindle down. Sometimes you need office supplies and print services same day, and love dropping into Staples.

Started reading “Waiting On The Moon”, the new memoir by Peter Wolf, formerly of the J. Giles Band. Great read so far. I swear Peter is the Forrest Gump of Rock and Roll. Highly recommended.

The treatment of President Zelensky at the White House today amounts to betrayal of an ally in favor of a despotic Russia. Our worst fears about this administration are transpiring in front of our eyes. NATO needs to step in, call a summit and keep this flare up from exploding into a wildfire.

Upset to see Jim Acosta leaving CNN. Jim was always about bringing truth to power on a regular basis, whether it was with dictator Raul Castro in Cuba asking about political prisoners, or pushing our leaders for answers. God speed to you Jim; will be watching wherever you land.
