Just spent a week trying out Vyvanse and I fear it’s not the one for me. I can’t get anything done. I can barely dress myself. Yes technically some of this is from depression but my previous meds helped with that type of stuff, but I had to stop because the crashes would trigger my depression:(

I can’t decide if I should try to get myself tested for POTS or not. I think I have enough of the symptoms that would qualify me, but I also don’t really want to go through the hassle of doctors appointments and such. If I do have pots, it’s probably pretty mild. Anyone have this experience?

Question for those who take Vyvanse XR: how long does it take to kick in for you? I’m trying it for the first time today. I read that it’s supposed to start kicking in at about 90 min, peak at 3-4 hours in… so far ~3 hours in and I feel nothing lol. Very possible that it’s too low of a dose though.

Man it is so frustrating dealing with depression and understimulation in the daily but also having the will to life and determination to figure out what will make you feel better. I still feel so hopeful but it’s also so hard to be patient. Like I just want to feel better NOW

Just saw a TikTok comment theorizing that Opalite is written about an antidepressant and that’s so funny to me bc it really does feel like a background song you’d hear in an antidepressant ad. Or perhaps an eczema ad too!
