It's gorgeous! If it were me I would experiment with knitting it on larger needles to open it up a bit and give more drape to the fabric. It looks a little dense to me. But of course that depends on what you're making with it.

And blue cities in red states are being targeted. Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Columbus so far in Ohio. 🀬

Our identification papers are just a driver's license and/or passport. A passport proves your citizenship, while a driver's license only shows your identity and does not confirm citizenship.

Sometimes I feel guilty and try to get rid of some of them by donating them to our library's regular book sales. But then I miss them and I go buy them back. πŸ€ͺ

The sweater is gorgeous! I hope you let your husband read the alt text on that first photo... I love how you describe him. πŸ€ͺ

Me too. I'm raging inside but knitting ferociously to manage the nerves. Such a heartbreaking time to live through. πŸ˜’πŸ’”

Nauseating.

Thanks for the heads up about the sale. My LYS told us about the closing a couple weeks ago but they haven't reduced their prices in the store yet so I'm happy to see this lower price direct from the company. Just placed my order for as much as I can afford. It's so sad that they're going away!!

I've been saying this for months! Those two guys (and a few other people) are the ones we should be talking about relentlessly, ignoring the 🀑 in the oval office completely. Even if he died today all of this illegal and violent crap would still be happening because of these enablers.

I wish mine would be patient like that. Instead it keeps calling my name and fake crying all day until I finally pick it up again. πŸ€ͺ

My pleasure!

A while back I shared pictures of my latest version of Kiyo, a pattern that was my bestseller before I closed my business. I've made it FREE on Ravelry now, along with a few of my other popular patterns. Enjoy, and share your pictures if you make them! ravel.me/kiyo #knitsky 🧢 #knitting

I'm really looking forward to the knitting history forum! I can't believe I've never heard of this event before. You must buy a ticket in advance if you want to watch the recordings afterward. #fiberarts #knitsky 🧢 www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/knitting-h...

It's a very cheerful color, right?

One of my WIPs for #showmeyourknits this week is the first of what I expect to be *many* Musselburgh hats. Only a couple more inches until the final decrease rounds! 🧢 #knitsky #knitting #charityknitting

Too little, too late. I'll never go back to Spotify.

It seems Bluesky has blocked searching for his name. There are no results from the past 24 hours but I know there are many posts with his name. WTH?

I usually keep mine ordered by weight, but they get messed up every time I go digging around to sort out yarns for a new project. So basically, I have no organization except I keep my yarn mostly in a couple decorative cabinets with some baskets on top for overflow.

I see it too! πŸ€ͺ

That's definitely great, but even better, for me, is the feeling of walking out of a yarn store with a bag full of new yarn, still basking in the glow of being surrounded by beautiful yarns.

Yep I started after 9/11. 😒

So cute!

I usually resist doing patterns that everyone else is doing πŸ€ͺ, but I'm finally doing my first Musselburgh as well and loving it. This pattern will be great for my goal of knitting at least one charity hat every month this year. I can work through my stash!

I'm finding it hard to put down now, just knitting around and around. I know I'll make more of these!
