i love endpoint selection node so much. Let me just select a couple points on my curve so i can pretend i have a bevel node. didnt think of this while i was building my entry. smooth shading isn't holding that inner edge very well. overly rounds the whole thing.

My toxic trait was thinking i could get this done in under an hour. Spoiler alert, i couldn't. sank a bit of time exploring a number of dead ends, i mostly got sorta in the ball-park of what i was aiming for.

Planed to do a lot of clean-up for the insides of the nodes but instead i played around with laying down color and the exposed settings. really showing the noise wash. those details can be blurred out with the detail slider which creates a more natural and feel. 4k Render, original is 1000x1000

Halftone texture has been integrated into the shader and I'm a BIG fan! The halftone distortion is adjustable, so it can be not all tripped out or just not present at all.
This is going to drop for free during the first week so don't miss out!

I will eventually stop adding to this but i thought a custom texture that does both halftone and lines would be a cool addition for the release. works the same for eevee and cycles. Looking at next week so stay tuned.

Almost ready for release, but take a moment.
Painting is 720x720 and you can upscale for render as large as you want. Works the same in both Eevee and Cycles, although cycles carries more detail. The shader runs real-time in viewport.
