29 years ago today, I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 14 years old.
I will always remember my first two thoughts upon being told I must inject insulin for life to survive:
1) my life will never again be the same;
2) I need a cigarette 😂🤣

My PBM processed this year’s insulin Prior Authorization without my involvement!!!!! Just got a letter that says I’m approved for Humalog for another year!!!
