Thank You (Part 1) - Gator Days Transcript Panel 1 Gwen has been doing the laundry and is letter her father know that she's finishing it up. He's attention is primarily on his computer. Gwen: Hey Dad, I finished the laundry. I'll start dinner after I put this away. Dad: Hmm... Panel 2 Gwen pauses for a moment and watches her father work. Deep down she's hoping for some further acknowledgement but doesn't want to bring attention to herself. He continues to stay focused on his computer and whatever work that he's doing. Panel 3 Finally, he turns to her and notices she's still standing by the door. Dad: What? You want a medal? Gwen: N-no. Sorry. I'll finish this. Gwen rushes away. Panel 4 Gwen's thoughts turn inward as she walks away. She has several messy thoughts running through her head. Most frustratingly, a feeling of guilt. Gwen (thinking): Is it selfish to wish he'd thank me?

Thank You (Part 2/2) - Gator Days Transcript Panel 1 Gwen is in the kitchen making dinner for her brothers and father. Her mother is probably going to be home late again. She's chopping up something green. Everyone knows that a proper meal has to have something green in it. It's science or something. Gwen's youngest brother comes in to see what she's doing. Tanner: Are you making dinner? Gwen: Yeah. Tanner: You must like to cook. Panel 2 Gwen keeps on chopping but responds honestly to her brother. The microwave in the back says "ERROR". It still works but no one knows how to make it stop saying "ERROR". Gwen: If Mom or Dad won't do it then someone has to. Panel 3 Tanner: Oh... I'm glad you do. Thank you. Gwen stops chopping for a moment. Tanner's words mean a lot to her. Panel 4 Gwen: Thanks, Tanner. Tanner: But I didn't do anything. Gwen: You're kind. That's something. Life is difficult. Life is unfair. But Gwen feels the appreciation from her brother and that makes it a little better.

Text Anxiety - Gator Days Panel 1 Polly is taking a walk. This is one of her favorite streets with a street sign that says "SIGN". It's a great place to go if you're wishing for a higher power to send you a sign. Unfortunately, Polly has a head full of anxious thoughts. She has been waiting for Gwen to text her back but it has taken longer than usual. Polly (thinking): Gwen still hasn't texted back. Is she angry? Panel 2 Polly's thoughts starts to spiral. She's starting to think she might not be a very good friend. Polly (thinking): Maybe I'm bothering her. Am I bad friend? Should I leave her alone? Panel 3 Polly checks her phone and makes a startling discovery that instantly eliminates all anxiety. Polly (thinking): Oh. I forgot to press send on my last text. Panel 4 Now we see Gwen doing some grocery shopping. She's near the produce where we can see a lot of colorful and ideally edible plants for sale. There are "Perfect" CHIVES for sale as well as orange sticks, round brown things, big and green things, and red stuff labelled "RED!!!!!!!!!!". There's also shelf standard store favorites like "Box of Food", "Can of Drink", "FOMO", and "Sold out". It's the usual grocery store stuff. Gwen is also currently feeling relieved. Gwen (thinking): Polly texted! I thought she was mad at me.

Rainy Day - Gator Days Transcript Panel 1 Gustopher and Olivia are at school and it's recess. Sadly, it's raining so no one is bothering to go outside. The two watch the rain through the window and voice their rainy day lamentation. Gustopher: Man... It's raining. Olivia: Boring. Panel 2 Hannah and Liam have come to watch the rain through the window as well. The four stand silently and watch the outside world grow ever wetter. Panel 3 Douglas and two other classmates have joined the quartet and they are all watching the rain together. Olivia sips from her juice box. Liam is imagining a bard being swept up by the wind and flying through the air. Panel 4 Miss Horsehill is concerned about her classroom's lack of noise and comes over to see what everyone is up to. This silence is a good silence but it's still a good idea to check. Miss Horsehill: What are you all doing? Olivia: Being bored. It's a good bored.

Forest Relic 2: Crafting Update - Gator Days Panel 1 Gustopher has found something amazing in the woods. It's a stick! Sticks are cool. He runs to show it to Hannah. Gustopher: HANNAH! Check of this stick! Panel 2 Hannah does agree that the stick is admirable but she is not one to be outdone. She has also found something interesting in the woods. Hannah: Yeah, that's cool. But is it cooler than this rock? She holds up a smooth oval shaped rock. It's one of those ones that would be amazing for skipping but you won't want to do it because it's so good. There's parts that sparkle in the sunlight. Rocks are cool. Gustopher: Let Liam decide! Panel 3 Liam is sitting on a stump and checking out the neat stick and rock that he has been asked to judge. next to him is a little bit of string. Foreshadowing is a literary device. This stick and rock are pretty sweet. Liam: They're both cool. But what if... Panel 4 Liam has read the wiki and knows the ancient art of crafting. He has tied the rock to the top of the stick which has increased the coolness factor and improves the stick's bludgeoning stats while providing +3 INT. Everyone is impressed. Hannah: Whoa! Liam: Magic staff. Gustopher: THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING!
