I'm not 100% sure, but data suggests hero aug chances are reduced by 40-80% for 1-2 cost unit respectively

Keep in mind Ashe is unplayable but Crystal is broken when you go lose streak on stage 3 (stage 2 can win for saving HP). Ideally start losing on 3-3 then cash out on 4-2

- Without Luden replace Ahri = K'Sante
- Without Seraphine (lv 8) replace Syndra with Sniper

Why are these artifacts strong?
Top tier comp was nerfed, and now they shine because other comps' base power is lowered compared to the 1st patch
For example Fan Service Xayah was a mid tier comp in 15.3, then became S tier in 15.4 despite a Protector nerf. Now another nerf makes her below avg

Hero aug list, keep in mind Guinsoo is the worst item and can be replaced by GS or EoN. Except Shen, Ashe and TF (because they are forced to go atk speed)
